Kelex Digital OÜ recognises the importance of protecting the privacy and rights of its users/distributors and guarantees the correct processing of their data, fully respecting the current legislation.

Kelex Digital OÜ, henceforth known as the website administrator, will provide information through its WEBSITE on products and online dealings, as well as offering the possibility of acquisition. Given the content and purpose of the WEBSITE, people who want to buy products must abide by the conditions of users/distributors, which becomes active upon completion of the REGISTRATION form.

Users/distributors do not give personal information just by visiting the WEBSITE and are not obliged to do so.

Users/distributors commit to navigating the WEBSITE and using it in good faith.

In compliance with the provisions within the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, approved by the European Parliament and Council on 27 April 2016, we inform you that completing any form on the WEBSITE or sending an email to any of our addresses implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

Users/distributors data will be used for sending emails about online and offline dealings carried out by the website administrator, as well as for delivering orders. Kelex Digital OÜ gives the user/distributor the chance to assign different email addresses according to the type of communication or to reject communications if they are not necessary, through the My Account section of the WEBSITE.

Users/distributors can provide data on their end clients to enable the possibility of sending orders through dropshipping. Personal information about end clients can only be accessed through the order with the sole aim of providing delivery. Personal data about end clients which is necessary for delivery will be given to the courier with the sole aim of facilitating the delivery.

The website administrator promises to hold the maximum reservation and confidentiality on the information provided and use it only for the stated purposes.

The website administrator assumes that information provided has come from its owner or someone authorised by the same, and that it is correct and accurate.

In accordance with the current legislation on data protection, the website administrator has adopted the appropriate levels of security for data provided by distributors and, in addition, has put in place all means and measures possible to avoid loss, mistreatment, alteration, unauthorised access and extraction of the same.

Kelex Digital OÜ informs users of their websites that we are obliged to keep as a professional secret the personal data collected by the company through forms on their pages, an obligation which continues even after our commercial or contractual relationship has ended, and under no circumstances can we make public the personal data of website visitors and customers without their permission. Minors under 13 years of age cannot give their consent for a company to collect and process their personal data and so those under 13 years of age are expressly prohibited from registering on the website.

Security
